Brigham Hill Community Farm

The barn and greenhouse at Brigham Hill Community Farm.

This is the new headquarters site for Community Harvest Project. Brigham Hill Community Farm consists of 11 beautiful acres in North Grafton, surrounding a new barn and learning center used by groups coming to our farm.

When not being used by volunteer groups, the barn is made available to local nonprofit organizations and town government as a center of civic and community involvement.

Elmwood Farm

At this historic farm in Hopkinton, MA, Community Harvest Project got its start as a grassroots organization called "Food For The Needy". Today, the farm is still active in some years, with a greenhouse and several fields planted in a variety of crops.
